Narex Metallurgy in liquidation
On March 20th of this year, Narex Metallurgy went into liquidation. Seemingly bad news. But in reality, it is completely different. Since Narex Metallurgy was 100% owned by Galvamet and Aleš Šlechta, he took over all assets and liabilities, and had the remaining company liquidated. Narex Metallurgy became Galvamet, Prague plant. Everything else remains, only the company is ready for further development.
And David Šedivý remains as the head of the Prague plant.
