And how did it turn out?<\/p>\n

The motto says it all:<\/p>\n

Our competitors are not furnace manufacturers, but technologies<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Although ECM produces a number of unique devices, its commercial success has so far been based primarily on the Flex system. This can be seen in our country at Bosch Jihlava or at Poclain Hydraulics Brno. A new addition is the ECO furnace series with gas or oil quenching, a potential replacement for multi-purpose furnaces.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

But what I consider the biggest, and almost historical contribution to heat treatment, is the NANO system. This concept wins hands down for me. It is a significant denial of the past trend in multi-purpose furnaces, when the price was determined by the size of the furnace. In order for the heat treatment operation\u00a0 to be competitive, multi-purpose quenching furnaces were continuously enlarged. For era of totalitarianism furnaces, TQF4 and 5 types prevailed, then came TQF7 and 10, subsequently Bodycote introduced the TQF11 and TQF13 standard, and today’s competitive size is at least TQF17 with a charge weight of 1500 kg. But TQF25 is no longer an exception.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The Nano 600 system, in a vertical concept with six chambers with a height of 250 mm, has a production capacity for CHD 1.3 mm of approximately 320 kg\/hour. Ipsen size L with a charge of up to 1000 kg, only 142 kg. It is actually a small technological miracle, working in a fully automatic mode, in vacuum. It can be hardened in a stream of nitrogen, in argon, or even helium with 99% gas recovery, but it is also possible to install a module with oil hardening. However, a model with a chamber height of 400 mm and six chambers is already in production. That is actually such a production rocket \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
