In other words, this indicator shows how much profit the investor will earn annually from his investment for a certain period. It is true, however, that this statistic also includes glass furnaces, ceramic furnaces, drying and firing furnaces, etc.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-kalam.80-240-27-133.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/graf.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7991\" src=\"https:\/\/intelligent-kalam.80-240-27-133.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/graf-300x199.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/intelligent-kalam.80-240-27-133.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/graf-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/intelligent-kalam.80-240-27-133.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/graf-1024x680.png 1024w, https:\/\/intelligent-kalam.80-240-27-133.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/graf.png 1296w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And what are the trends?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Substitution of gas for <strong>electricity<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vacuum<\/strong> technologies are gradually replacing classic ones<\/li>\n<li>Demand for <strong>multi-chamber<\/strong> systems that are more energy efficient will grow<\/li>\n<li>Taking into account the trends in the materials used, the demand for vacuum furnaces with <strong>oil quenching <\/strong>for the processing of low-alloy steels will increase<\/li>\n<li>On the other hand, the demand for heat treatment of <strong>titanium alloys, Inconels<\/strong> and other materials related to aviation, energy and military production will grow<\/li>\n<li><strong>ESG reporting<\/strong> will increase the pressure on both heat treatment suppliers and customers, who will have to choose a heat treater that produces a smaller carbon footprint<\/li>\n<li>Digitization will move in all directions; however, <strong>AI will not help<\/strong> in this, it processes the past and it is very difficult to forecast the future<\/li>\n<li>The decline in automotive will be replaced by the <strong>development of aircraft<\/strong> and military production. Mass production will therefore decrease and special production will increase<\/li>\n<li><strong>Robotization and automation<\/strong> will increase, unmanned<\/li>\n<li>As the intelligence of control systems increases, the <strong>demand for the qualification<\/strong> of service personnel will decrease<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>connection of furnaces with the ERP<\/strong> system will become more important. The ESG report itself puts a lot of pressure on this connection so that it is possible to have immediate information about the carbon footprint of a production order. This is only possible through online measurement and data capture, and their processing in ERP at the production order level<\/li>\n<li>The market related to the production of coolers for electric cars, and therefore <strong>soldering ovens<\/strong>, will grow<\/li>\n<li>The market for <strong>nitrocarburing in gas<\/strong> will grow due to the requirement to reduce the emissivity of car braking systems<\/li>\n<li>The requirements for the <strong>cleanliness of the production environment<\/strong> will increase, i.e. the reduction of any emissions, noise, vibrations, etc., so that the ergonomic conditions of furnace work meet the requirements of today<\/li>\n<li>In the area of \u200b\u200bcommercial heat treaters, their <strong>grouping into larger units<\/strong> can be expected. Bodycote, Aalbert, H\u00e4rtha Group are examples of this. The main reason is the concentration of financial resources for innovative investments. But their regional role will remain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both <strong>ECM Furnaces<\/strong> and <strong>TAV Vacuum Furnaces<\/strong> have no problem with filling production capacities. Last year, both companies had a record. This is just confirmation of the innovation trend that the industry must experience if it is to cope with the <strong>Green Deal<\/strong>.
